Is your base card linked to the pan? Do these 2 easy ways to check

new Delhi. This month you have the last chance to link the PAN card with the base as the last date of this month, the government has fixed the last date for linking PAN and Aadhar card on March 31. If you have not yet linked the pan to the base or want to know if your PAN is linked correctly to the base, then follow these two easy ways.
Visit the income tax department's website check
For this, you must first open the Income Tax Department's website incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. As soon as you open the website, you will see the option of 'Link Aadhaar'. Clicking on this option will open a new page in which you will need your necessary notifications. This is where you will see a PAN number and a column filling column. After filling the number in both of these columns, if you have a PAN and a base link, then you will be asked to login.
If the pan-base is not linked then?
If your PAN and Aadhar card are not linked, then after you fill the columns, you will receive a message. Clicking on this message will open a new one where you can easily link both by filling your base and PAN number. If you are having trouble linking online, you can also link by sending a message.
Pan-base link with SMS
The Income Tax Department has also given the facility of linking the base and PAN through the message. For this, you need to send SMS to 567678 or 56161 by writing an SMS to the fixed format. This is a fixed format-
UIDPAN <12 digit Aadhar> <10 digit PAN>
