7th Pay Commission: 3-time fitment factor hike for Central govt employee

New Delhi / Bhubaneswar: Under the 7th Pay Commission, the perceptions and assumptions related to the increase in the basic pay of the Central Government employees are likely to end with the government. Employees in April this year
Meanwhile, there are reports that the government is planning to increase the basic salary of the Central Government three times to decide.
However, the employees are demanding an increase of 3.68 times the existing factor factor from the existing 2.57 times. At present employees are getting Rs 18,000, they want the government to increase to Rs 26,000.
Since implementation of 7th CPC, the employees are demanding increasing the minimum wage to Rs 26,000.
If the reports are to be believed, the government will implement increment effective from April 1, 2016. But the government employees should take this news with a grain of salt as there is no confirmation from the government or the concerned department or ministry.
However, the employees believe that if the government throws the factor factor three times, then it will neither use the purpose nor will it affect its financial position.
"It is now enough that we do not want to discuss further on this issue, the government deliberately raised this issue." An employee of Indian Railways said, "We will take action in the next phase only after implementing further increase in basic salary."
